Located in on a prominent street-front in Arlington, VA, this home-addition project included an exterior face-lift and renovation to most of the existing house. The client wanted to expand their 1 1/2 story home to the rear and give it a Cape Cod feel with enlarged overhangs and expressive dormers transforming the front façade.
