Lyon Park

This exciting project in Arlington, VA included a full renovation and large addition. The design included a new screened porch, kitchen, and great room on the first floor. On the 2nd floor, a new laundry room and master suite with a balcony overlooking the backyard were added - providing a private retreat for the homeowners. Additionally, a new 3rd floor loft space was added, accessible via a private staircase in the 2nd floor den.
