For this home addition project in Arlington, VA, the clients sought to enlarge their existing living space to suit the functional needs of their family while maintaining the pleasant exterior aesthetic of their corner lot.

The design expanded the existing first floor to include a great room around a wall of built in shelving and a stone fireplace along with a screened porch. We also added a true master suite to the 2nd level with vaulted ceilings in the bedroom and a large free standing tub in the master bath.
